About
When I'm not in work, I like to see my friends, go walking and see my family. Currently things have been put on hold temporarily whilst the Covid is present, but I enjoy horse riding, dancing and baking. I have found baking cakes & giving them away so exciting. In general, I'm a happy warm, sincere friendly person who loves to cook for my friends & family at my home. We cant do this at the moment, so I still cook & then deliver it to their homes, hospitals & local GP practices.

I pride myself on breaking down barriers to anxiety & fear when it comes to a client having Therapy for the first time. I facilitate personal growth & independence & seeing the client trusting their personal journey is pure joy for me.
